This Weekend: Newport Wine and Seafood (in that order)
William Rose Wines at the Newport Seafood & Wine Festival
Catch Mark and Sasha representing William Rose Wines at the Newport Seafood & Wine Fest this weekend at the South Beach Marina in Newport! You can taste the whole William Rose line up plus wines from dozens of other Oregon wineries, and, of course, cuisine from all over the region. The festival runs this Thursday throughSunday. Cheers!
We have officially turned the page on 3A's (Cyndi Rae Vineyard) first vintage! You knew and loved their 2012 Pinot Noir in all its quaffable and pocket-friendly glory. Now it's time to roll into the 2013 vintage, which happens also to be easy-drinking and even easier on the pocket book! 3A 2013 Pinot Noir is faintly pigmented, light in body, but highly structured with beautiful acid balance and soft tannins. Ringing in at $6 a glass and $15 a bottle, it's hard to beat. This wine will be sure to fly out the door, so be sure to catch it while it lasts!
