Valentine's Tasting Flight with Da Nang!
This Valentine's Day weekend we're teaming up with Da Nang Vietnamese Eatery to create a spectacular tasting flight: 3 William Rose wines with three Vietnamese-inspired pairings for $15!
The tasting flights will be offered Friday February 12th through Sunday the 14th. Only a limited am
ount of these pairings will be made so make sure you come by early and bring a Valentine!

February in the Vineyard
The vines have been pruned & and the crew is busy tying renewal canes on the wire. Do you ever wonder what happens to all those clippings? When the ground dries out and we can get a tractor & flail in the vineyard, all those vines are chopped up. Over time, they're reduced to organic matter, creating healthy vineyard soil for our vines & cover crops. If you look closely, you can even see where the earthworms pull those clippings below the ground. Healthy soil makes healthy grapes & healthy grapes make wonderful wine.
