This Weekend at Sarver

"The wine cup is the little silver well, where truth, if truth there be, doth dwell"
W. Shakespeare

This week our Friday entertainment is as local as it gets, home town hero Jen Sennet will be in the tasting room playing an acoustic set of oldies and originals from 6 - 9 pm. Her folk singer roots give way to a range of classics that will have you singing along on into the night.

Our cheese of the week is a favorite brought back by popular demand all the way from Germany. Cambozola Black Label is a cold ripened triple cream blue cheese, aged for nearly a year at the coldest temperatures possible to enhance the richness and creaminess of this delectable blue. Fantastic with our Pinot Noir but bold enough for our Syrah, this cheese alone is worth making the trip.

Valentine's weekend we will be kicking off Friday with a Bistro night of our own design, delicious fare awaits you with music by Tyler Morin and special guests. We will also be giving a sneak peek all weekend at our 2013 Petite Sirah, set to be released mid March.
