12:00 p.m. -
3:00 p.m.We will be making a Paella Valenciana, one of our favorite styles of Paella from Valencia, Spain. Widely regarded as Spain's national dish, paella consists of rice, green vegetables, meat (chicken and seafood), and seasoning such as saffron, rosemary and occasionally lemon.
We will be featuring the
Soléna 2013 Pinot Gris and our
2010Soléna Wooldridge Creek Merlot to complement the beautiful Paella Valenciana.
We have invited Portland-based Flamenco artist, Mark Ferguson and his dancers to entertain us while we enjoy our food on the patio. To RSVP, please contact
