The Brooks team is excited to announce our second Sommelier Series is this Sunday, April 19th! If you love oysters but suffer from shucking anxiety, then this is the event for you! Come and learn the trick of the trade from Oyster Social's chef/owner Jaret Foster. The knife will be in your hands as you take a crack at half a dozen bivalves. And, by no coincidence, we have the perfect wine to pair with oysters. The wines from the shuckfest will focus on our aromatic dry whites: Muscat, Pinot Blanc, and Riesling!
