IPNC News

Over 60 Chefs Featured at IPNC
While the IPNC enjoys a reputation for bringing together the finest Pinot noir producers from around the globe, attendees also have the pleasure of reveling in sublime cuisine created by the biggest names in food from around the region. This year's event features more than 60 guest chefs from Oregon and Washington showcasing the abundant and impressive ingredients grown, raised, and crafted in the Pacific Northwest.
From breakfast buffets with a beautiful array of fresh berries and fruits, farm eggs, artisan baked goods, fresh butter, and preserves to evening feasts of wild fish and game, glorious produce, and abundant wine, the meals at IPNC are an attraction unto themselves.

Many Pre-IPNC Dinners Planned for Thursday, July 23
It is a long-standing tradition for local wineries and restuarants to host dinners the Thursday evening prior to the IPNC to kick off the weekend. These dinners are offered to all Pinot devotees, not just IPNC guests, and we encourage you to review your options and RSVP for the dinner of your choice! A complete list of dinners and reservation details is availablehere. Please note these dinners are not official IPNC events. Host venues are responsible for reservations and all other details.
University of Pinot Courses Filling Quickly
We are pleased to offer eight different afternoon classes to choose from at the 2015 IPNC. Courses are held concurrently, and Full Weekend guests are invited to enroll in the seminar of their choice. However, class space is limited. The longer you delay your course enrollment, the less likely it is that your first choice of seminars will still be available.
For full seminar descriptions, please visit our University Course Guide. After reviewing your options, enroll here.
Full Weekend Approaching Sell-Out
If you have family or friends who would like to join you, or if you have yet to purchase your own ticket, now is the time to register.
