Mark your calendars! A la carte tickets to the 2015 IPNC Salmon Bake are available for sale beginning Tuesday, April 7th.
While the majority of tickets are reserved for our Full Weekend guests, the IPNC releases a limited number of additional tickets for guests who wish to attend only this event. The Salmon Bake is an extravagant outdoor buffet famed for fire-roasted salmon, hand-crafted desserts, and a seemingly endless supply of wine from the IPNC cellar.
Tickets can be purchased directly from our website or over the phone at 503/472-8964. Act fast as these coveted tickets sell out quickly. If tickets sell out before you are able to make your purchase, request to be on the waiting list.

The Linfield College Oak Grove
Grand Seminar: We are thrilled to celebrate 50 years of growing Pinot noir in the Willamette Valley with a seminar dedicated to Champagne and sparkling wine. Speakers and participating wineries to be revealed in the coming week.
Featured Wineries: The IPNC hosts over 70 of the world's top Pinot producing wineries and their esteemed winemakers every year from regions as diverse as Alto Adige, Burgundy, New Zealand, Oregon, Canada, California and more. Producers bring their best wines to Oregon wine country for an unforgettable three days of tastings, seminars, and meals. We have just a few final wineries to confirm, so watch for the official announcement soon!
University of Pinot: Full Weekend guests attend the University of Pinot, a set of small-format seminars held in the early afternoons of IPNC weekend. Guests "enroll" in their top choice of eight different seminars. These exciting seminars will be announced in early May. Be sure to sign up for the class of your choice sooner than later to ensure you get your first pick.
Featured Chefs: Over 50 chefs from the Northwest prepare exquisite meals for IPNC guests. Look for the full list of culinary talent later this spring.

Pre-IPNC Dinners: To welcome guests to Oregon wine country, many local wineries and restaurants host dinners theThursday evening prior to the IPNC (July 23). Details on the 2015 pre-IPNC dinner options will be made available in late May. Please note these dinners are not official IPNC events. Host venues are responsible for reservations and all other details.
