This Sunday, March 22 we are launching our very FIRST Sommelier Sunday Series event!!
A year ago, we furthered our commitment to education being part of everything that we do. That is when we hired Jess Pierce. Jess has designed the program for our SundaySommelier Series.
Jess is a graduate of the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, Italy with a Master's degree in Food Culture and Communications; Human Ecology and Sustainability. She is also a certified sommelier. On Sunday from 1-3, Jess will guide you through our single vineyard pinots and rieslings while Cheesemonger, Sarah Munly, will pair the wines with exquisite cheeses. You will leave with an understanding of how to pair cheese and wine. It is going to be great!
