Remember Harper Voit This Weekend!

A Reminder Remember last week? We don't either. That's why we're sending this reminder. Come see us this weekend. And also see these folks (they're in the same winery as us): Antiquum Farm, Boulay Wine Co., Eisold Smith, Eminent Domaine, Holmes Gap, Kayam, Laelapse, Leah Jorgensen Cellars, Toluca Lane, andWildaire. 2015 Memorial Day Open House We will be open Saturday, May 23 & Sunday, May 24, 11am - 4pm. The tasting fee is $20/person and there will be around 30 wines poured from 10ish producers. In other words, it will be fun. 22040 NE Ridge Rd, Gaston, OR 97119 New Releases We'll be pouring three new releases for Memorial Day Weekend: 2013 Harper Voit Perrydale Hills Pinot Noir, 150 cases made, $52/btl. This wine is what happens when cooling Pacific winds run rampant over south facing vineyards planted on marine sediments. 2013 Harper Voit Bieze Vineyard Pinot Noir, 125 cases made, $65/btl. This wine is what happens when you plant Calera selection pinot noir vines (heirloom plants from California) in the Eola Amity Hills on volcanic soil. 2014 Harper Voit Surlie Pinot Blanc, 400 cases made, $20/btl. This wine is what happens (or should happen) when you eat oysters, specifically raw Shigoku or Torke from NW Fresh Seafood in Newberg, OR. Last Call This is the last time the 2012 Harper Voit Strandline Pinot Noir will be available for public purchase from the winery. Just sayin'. $35/btl. Under the Table This past February we bottled 85 cases of 2014 Harper Voit Maresh Vineyard Old Vine Riesling. It's only  the middle of May, and we have a teeny tiny amount left. Drew said we're not selling anymore, but I bet if you ask him, he'll squirrel a bottle or two into your hands. $30/btl.

This 15 minute jaunt travels along the south side of our estate, through Orchards Pinot Gris, The Bench Pinot Noir, Left Bank Pinot Blanc and our Truffle Hill vineyards... where our truffle trees are planted!

Willamette Valley Vineyards Memorial Day Weekend

Dear Robert, Please join us next weekend for our Memorial Day Celebration, May 23-25th from 11 am - 6 pm. We will be hosting our annual "Pinots From Around the World" blind tasting competition. We will taste Pinot Noir from California, New Zealand, France and Oregon. The winner will receive a wine blending seminar with our Winemaker followed by a wine and food pairing lunch at our Estate. On Sunday, from 3-5:30 pm, The Ty Curtis Band will be performing their fresh blues and rock sounds in our Courtyard.  We will be featuring a flight of wines including Pinot Gris, Rosé of Pinot Noir, Estate Pinot Noir and Griffin Creek Malbec. Our 2012 O’Brien and Fuller Pinot Noirs will also be released to the public. Food pairings by our Winery Chef, Eric Nelson will be available for purchase. Admission is $15 per person, $10 for Wine Club Members, and includes wine tasting and blind tasting competition (Riedel stemware not included). Upgrade to the concert for an additional $15, $10 for Wine Club Members.
