Join Brooks Sommelier, Jess Pierce, and Jason French of Ned Ludd for a one-of-a-kind pairing experience on Sunday, May 3, from 1-3pm at the Winery.
Our good friend, the amazing Jason French, is a master of pairing food and wine using unexpected flavors and ingredients.
We will taste components and discuss the way flavors such as acidity, salt, and smoke change how our palates perceive food and wine.
Jason and Jess will guide you through a lineup of Brooks Rieslings from different vintages for this exercise in pairings.
